Founder, Managing Director

ONGEZIWE EST BOLISI is a thinker, an innovative writer, and a multitalented leader who believes that skills are of greater value than education boxes. ‘’You cannot teach a Man anything, you can only help Him Find it within Himself.”- Galileo Galilei With a goal of producing and mentoring disciplined, smart, and servant leaders across a range of their creative and professional endeavours—including non-profit organizations, literature spaces, and religious organizations, to name just a few—he founded Inyathi The Legend company. Bolisi himself has been mentored by, and continues to serve under, a number of CEOs with distinct organizational and managerial ideologies. This prepared and taught him to provide services that his diverse clientele demand and desire. He challenges you to see the potential within yourself; he believes that everyone is gifted with unique skills; however, an enlightened leader is required to unlock what is hidden from those individuals. Bolisi is not hesitant to exercise his leadership style as a shepherd, multitasking every day in the background to ensure that others receive the guidance and recognition they deserve.

Siphosethu Phikelela

SIPHOSETHU PHIKELELA is an award-winning poet and the Head of Communications at Inyathi the Legend (Pty) Ltd. She holds a journalism degree from Cape Peninsula University of Technology and has written about climate change and social justice matters. In her own words, she fell in love with “activism linked with journalism with a purpose”. Her creative works have appeared in anthologies such as Corona'cles, Multilingual Margins, Converse, and Imbewu Yesini, among others. She believes that everyone should be free to express themselves in any language they prefer. When Phikelela is not closing deals with stakeholders, she enjoys reviewing aspiring poets with her fierce Virgo wit.

Daren Steenhuis

Graphic Designer and Salesperson

Daren Steenhuis is a creative individual with 3 years of experience as a graphic/web designer. Having previously spent 2 years studying acting for Film, Daren decided to expand his creative abilities to the visual arena in late 2019. With experience in a broad range of graphic designs such as logos, flyers, banners, business cards and email signatures to name but a few, Daren thrives in projects that require great attention to detail and strives to give every client just a little bit extra than what is required. “I believe there is creativity in various forms that exists in all walks of life, I want the projects I undertake to be able to open people’s eyes to this creativity, even if it comes in the smallest of forms. If people can see and get excited through my work that there are beautiful things, big or small, even in the midst of the struggles of this world, then I know I’ve done my job correctly and that gives me great pride”. Daren is open to working closely with clients and ensures that they are 100% happy before declaring a project complete.

Fikiswa Magqashela

Fikiswa Phyllis Magqashela is currently the Head of the Language Unit at the Communication Directorate of the Western Cape Health Government. With 24 years of experience, she specializes in translation, editing, and proofreading in various fields, including health, education, culture, environment, finance, and literature. Fikiswa is an accomplished author with published novels, novellas, short stories, children's books, and poetry. She is also involved in mentoring aspiring authors and has served as an external examiner for Rhodes University. Her educational background includes a BA degree with languages and linguistics, a Higher Diploma in Education, and a B. Ed postgraduate degree from the University of the Western Cape.
